A police force has advised young girls to walk in pairs after a 15-year-old was raped on a cycle path.
She was attacked on the path, which runs from Hardwick to Elmtree in Stockton-on-Tees, at 07:30 BST.
Cleveland Police warned teenagers to stay together in secluded areas as a "precautionary measure" while her attacker remains at large.
He is described as white, 6ft (1.8m) tall, and with blonde hair, police said
