Kidnapper caught attempting to abduct two school children in Otukpo, Benue State

The man was caught this morning by vigilantes while allegedly attempting to kidnap two school children in Otukpo, Benue State. He reportedly escaped from vigilantes' custody but was recaptured at fairwinds Avenue. More photos below...
